No, you are not allowed to change your travel date(s) after you have received your SafeTrip policy. However, you may request to cancel your policy and purchase a new SafeTrip policy on Touch ‘n Go eWallet by selecting your new travel date(s).
Before purchasing your new SafeTrip policy, you may request to cancel your existing policy by contacting AIA Online Customer Service via e-mail at my.aiaonline@aia.com during the operating hours (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Mon to Thu, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Fri, excluding public holidays). Upon cancellation, you will be entitled for a full refund.
