For any claims, you are required to provide your airline ticket/ flight itinerary/ boarding pass (to and forth) and copy of identity card (NRIC or passport).
- Travel Cancellation: Original payment receipt of tour, refund invoices, proof of home address etc.
- Travel Delay/ Baggage Delay: Carrier written confirmation on delay reason & delayed hours, flight receipt, check-in baggage proof (where applicable).
- Loss/damage of baggage or personal effects: Property irregularity report, police report, original receipts of lost items and official letter on compensation offer by the common carrier or hotel.
- Medical: Medical report and original medical bill/receipts.
- Accidental: Police report, hospital certificate, post-mortem report, death certificate, medical report, X-ray report etc. (where applicable).
- Adventurous & winter sports: Proof of participation of the covered adventurous and winter sports (such as original receipts, admission tickets, confirmation letter from organizer or the like).
- Home contents: Police report, report from fire department, photographs showing the damage to the residence caused by burglary or fire, proof of the value of the lost or damaged items, proof of home address (where applicable).
- Veterinary expenses: Veterinarian medical report of the pet and the original veterinary treatment bills/ receipts, and proof of pet ownership.
- Daily allowance for pet boarding: Written confirmation from pet boarding facility, common carrier stating the reasons and length of delay and/or Insured Person’s medical report, and proof of pet ownership (where applicable).
- Proof of identity of the person making the claim (claimant) and proof of relationship between the Insured and the claimant must also be submitted.
