Step 1: Tap the “Activities” button in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. The "Current" tab allows you to view the status of any ongoing remittance transactions. Tap the "Past" tab to view a list of completed transactions. You can then tap the transaction you would like to track.
Step 2: Refer to the “Status” of the transaction.
Additionally, you have the option to obtain a transaction receipt by tapping the “Send Email” button, and an email will be sent to the email address registered with your eWallet.
