Yes, you can change mobile number from Settings page if you still able to login TNG eWallet.

Step 1: Click on the “Profile” icon on the top right of the homepage
Step 2: Choose "Settings" then “Change Mobile Number”
Step 3: Answer the Security Question (You may reset security question if forgotten)
Step 4: Enter your new mobile number
Step 5: Enter OTP that will be sent to your new mobile number
If you are no longer able to log in to your TNG eWallet, or no longer have access to the current registered phone number, please submit a webform request here by following the steps below:
Step 1: Fill up the required information
Step 2: Select Support Type > Account Update > Update Mobile Number
Step 3: Add file: Attach a Copy of your Postpaid/Prepaid Phone Bills
Step 4: Click "Submit"
