I have previously purchased game credit voucher(s) from TNG eWallet app. How do I retrieve my game credit vouchers now since I do not have access to the Game Credit function/icon on the app?

The email with your game credit voucher will be sent to you by 13 April 2021. Kindly ensure the email address you registered with TNG eWallet is current. To update your email address, you may go to your “Profile” on the app and click on “Edit Info”.

14 April 2021 onwards

The game credit vouchers have been sent to the email you registered with TNG eWallet. Kindly checked your inbox or junk mailbox.
