You can track the delivery status of the card via the tracking URL provided on the card dashboard, in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app. Delivery will take ten (10) working days from date of card application. In the event that delivery is unsuccessful, our logistics vendor will re-attempt to deliver the card up to a maximum of three (3) times, failing which the card will be returned to Touch ‘n Go.
