If you have entered an incorrect PIN too many times, your card will be automatically locked for security reasons. If you want to unlock your card, you can do so from the card dashboard in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app. You can refer to the question “ What should I do if my card is lost/stolen” in the “Security” section on how to unlock your card.
After unlocking your card, it is recommended that you change your 6-digit card PIN immediately.
