WalletSafe Auto Payment will happen within 48 hours after your existing WalletSafe policy expires. For example, if your policy expires on 1stJan 2023, the Auto Payment will be performed within 1stto 2ndJan 2023. Once the premium deduction from your eWallet has been successfully performed, you will receive a push notification on the successful deduction, and your new WalletSafe e-policy will be sent to your registered e-mail address. The new policy will only be effective from the moment when Auto Payment has been successfully performed, i.e. the effective date and time as stated in your new e-policy.
