Unfortunately, the transaction is unable to process if your eWallet or GO+ balance is insufficient during the Auto Payment process. However, you can still purchase WalletSafe after reloading a sufficient amount of money to your eWallet or GO+ account. You may then enable the Auto Payment function during your purchase process. The Auto Payment will take place upon the expiration of the policy.
Upon Auto Payment scheduled, you are encouraged to enable Quick Payment, where the amount will be deducted from your saved card in the event your eWallet balance runs low.
