Before we send the POSM set to you, we take the utmost care to ensure its quality. In the unlikely situation that the POSM set is damaged due to manufacturing errors and it’s within ten (10) calendar days from the day it is received, the POSM set is covered with a 1-to-1 replacement. You will qualify for a replacement considering that you are able to provide proof of damage.
