There will be a scheduled eWallet system maintenance on 15 October 2022 from 2am to 6am to give you a better cashless experience.
During the maintenance period, all of the services within the Touch 'n Go eWallet app will be made
temporarily unavailable including reload, payment functions and merchant dashboard (for merchants).
You will still be able to use PayDirect (toll and parking), and RFID (toll only) as long as you have sufficient balance. Therefore, please reload your eWallet ahead of this maintenance period to avoid disruptions.
After the maintenance period, kindly close and relaunch the app to continue using your eWallet.
